Met at college career fair. Two interviews, one short and the second several hours. Talked with several members of the team during the second one. Pretty personable people, definitely very capable and down to earth. Was told I would hear back and alas I never did, not even a rejection email.

Phone conversations vetted by chief scientist and head of HR.
Most require a powerpoint presentation on a relevant topic of choice.
There was a 2 week gap between the initial call and the second call.
The offer was sent via email and requested a response within 48 hours.
Salary was negotiable and partners were available to answer questions.
