Applied on their website, then I got an automated e-mail rejection. 5 months later, I received an e-mail from a recruiter to schedule an interview. I had the interview with the hiring manager and at the end of the interview he said that he has to send me a word document with some technical questions and I have to return the answers 1 hour after receiving the document. He also said that he will schedule the next round regardless of the outcome of the assessment. The next morning he sent the assessment and I returned it as agreed. 2 days later he sent me a message saying that he decided not to proceed.
