Very Rigorous and highly technical. Recruitment process involves 2 stages: written exam followed by an interview. Out of the two stages, the latter is the most important process for the selection. The aspirant needs a very thorough preparation for cracking the interview. One has to be extremely careful while answering the interview questions.

The interview was simple, straightforward, and went smoothly. The questions were quite easy to answer, and the interviewer maintained a very friendly and welcoming attitude throughout. This created a relaxed atmosphere that helped ease any nervousness. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I felt comfortable and confident during the entire process.
