The interview process did not feel like the month it took from getting reached out by a recruiter, interviewed twice by the manager, an interview by the Director and VP to getting the final offer because the level of communication and professionalism and respect from everyone involved in the hiring process was always there. The company showed they truly care and in return built my level of excitement and desire to join the team.
