Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR pretty fast to set up an interview. The first interview was a really fast 15 minute meeting with the manager where he talks about the company and asks you questions about your background and resume. You get a call to come back for a second meeting which you have with one of their top performers. This person usually takes you to a spot for lunch or coffee and they explain how the company works as well as how to get promoted. I do not remember much else.

Interview
Pretty easy in the beginning. The first interview, you meet up with the HR for 15-20 min. At this point, it's just the first meeting where the HR wants to know you and gauge if you are a good fit for the position. If you qualify then you will be called for another interview. I don't know what happens at the 2nd interview since I did not go. I have to say though that they are very quick at following up with you through email and also text messaging.

Interview
You have to wait in the lobby until hire manager calls you. The interview process is quite similar than other interviews. If you success in the first interview, they will call you and ask you to come for second interview. The first interview is just briefly introduce yourself. The second interview is more likely to test your skills, and get to know your experiences.
