Interview
The most unprofessional experience I have ever had, and a waste of my time as well as $ to fax out-of-state screening ppw, my college transcripts as requested. The lady overseeing the federal benefits contract low-balled my original hourly rate that was previously discussed with co. recruiter prior to moving forward with the process and blamed an error on the recruiter whom by the way ended up supporting this lie in the end. This woman also patronized me during the entire final/phone interview the day after my face-to-face with the hiring mgr. that had went very well. She also proceeded to tell me that there was no available position, that she didn't know why they had interviewed me, once I let her know that the mgr. had told me there was 1 last position out of the 3 that were to be filled she changed to say that position would not be available until the following Friday. I ended up stating that I would be willing to accept the lower rate just to call their bluff. To my surprise, dismay the recruiter called, said they wanted to move forward, requested that I resubmit ppw which I did not. I stated that I would not accept employment with an organization that practices politics in the manner of which they were doing. FYI: I also heard that their health ins. for 1 person is close to $300 per month.
