The process consisted of three rounds of interviews. From the initial screening, I was transparent about not having direct experience in the fenestration/window industry. Despite this, I was moved through two subsequent rounds of interviews. And just receiving a short rejection letter withour even explaining the reasons of why. What a waste of time.
