Interview
The interview process was so good and short and precise with logical querries, and easy to understand and all are concentrated within the field of speciality and job performed, so I have liked the entire process because it gave me an opportunity to learn new things about international work.
From the time I applied for the job to when I got the invite, was 1 month. Period from the time I took the interview test to the time I got a geedback was another 1 month.
The interview process itself was seemless. Overall, I would say they are on top of their game.
it was good ,however additional preparation is must in every interview about company itself and its values. i was asked several questions and interviewer was quit satisfied with my answers overall and main task is tu show your ability to handle the work

Interview
At IOM, technical and competency based interview at to a limited extend practical test for candidates of the medical field are generally used. Questions usually ranging from six to ten coordinated by a panel comprised of a hiring manager and at least two other persons.
