I had a bad interview experience with IPONWEB. The first phase of interviews was several skype calls on different days at odd hours to speak with several team members who are overseas. For the second phase, they asked me to come into their office for a final interview which lasted over an hour. After the interview they said they would be in touch. I sent my follow up/thank you email and didn’t receive a response. I followed up again a week later and received no response and then sent one last follow up email 2 weeks after my in person interview. I received a short response email stating they extended an offer to another candidate.
I can’t speak to the company’s working environment but they have zero flexibility regarding when you interview. I recommend that they review their interview process and make it more clean and concise. Yes, I’m interviewing for a position at your company but I also still have a job at my existing one. I made several sacrifices to be able to interview with IPONWEB more than 4 times with their team members. My advice, be more considerate when you interview candidates. It speaks to how you treat your employees. I’m glad I didn’t receive an offer. After their poor communication and lack of respect, I probably wouldn’t have accepted.
