I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ITC Infotech (Bengaluru) in Jul 2019
Interview
I interviewed at ITC where the 1st round was held at their office premises. The interview went well and i was informed that I will have another telephonic round with a senior resource from the US. The interview started with my introduction, post which 1 question was asked. The interviewer did not seem to be happy with my answer and hence cut the call telling thank you. Judgement was passed by asking just 1 question. I wrote a feedback email to the HR who promptly setup another round of interview which i did well. But as it was already clear to me, it was just an eye wash.
All in all the standard of questions asked were very average and their scale to judge a talent even worse. ITC was one of my dream companies to work for. Not anymore thanks to the wonderful experience :)
