It was good and satisfactory. Well documented and time was given sufficient enough cto understand the rola and responsibilities of the job opportunity. Then HR was conducted to know the background and previous jobs.
a well balanced interview with a good mix of technical and hr questions.
a lot of emphasis was on thermodynamics and manufacturing processes.
the entire interview process had multiple rounds with similar level of questions being asked.
Exceptionally planned process covering all facets of CA curriculum, practical exposure gained during internship and holistic view of business finance. Interview focuses on conceptual knowledge, practical skills, business acumen, how to navigate challenges be it customer facing or internal or external etc. 3 rounds including one with CFO.
