It's a very lengthy process. Usually aptitude test, group discussion and personal interview. They also give PPO to the people on the basis of performance in the internship, which usually follows 1 or 2 rounds of interview.

First aptitude test you have to clear with good marks and then group discussion if Many people cleared the aptitude or else ot will be a direct Personal interview with the higher level manager and personal interview with branch manager or the assistant manager.and the final round woth the HR of the head of office
