Interview
The hiring process involved going through a spelling and grammar test, designed in-house, to identify who had the best English out of all the potential candidates. After being selected I was interviewed by the head of human resources and the director of my department, and asked questions that generally seemed to aimed at assessing my work ethic and understanding of the work involved, but without focussing on the actual technical side of the job, eg the computer systems, etc.
