Fui llamado a presentarme a la entrevista a la planta y me presente. Cuando fui entrevistado me presentaron con 3 gerentes diferentes de areas diferentes. La entrevista se repitio 3 veces (una vez por gerente). Al final me quede en un area no esperada.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ITT Aerospace (Valencia, CA) in Oct 2018

Interview

Had two 2 hour interviews, was told I was the main guy they were looking at, was told I would receive a offer that evening by the HR manager via text and asked for my number. I never received an offer even sent a text asking if she had forgot about me and that I know she could have been very busy but never heard back from her. They never return emails and give you fails hope, if this is there managment style then its not a place I won't to work as I have worked for company's such as them in the past!

How to trouble shoot a problem, my abilities, how to handle grumpy people, and much more! I applied for a senior lead position then was told it would be for a tech 4 position 2nd shift. Then was told I would be the only tech on the shift, you could imagine the responsibility! Ive been a hands on manager for years and didnt mind the title as long as I was being compensated for all my skills and certs, in highly skilled and can do everything and anything thats put in front of me yet this company is unprofessional and don't have the decency to send an email that they had decided to go in a different direction!

Met recruiters at job fair, got called in for a interview, met with 5 different engineers from junior to senior roles. After did not hear anything from the company. Called and emailed for an update and no response.
