Initially you send your resume. The first thing that will happen, is you will be contacted by the HR coordinator or administrative assistant. They will ask you things like why you feel you are fit for the job and just basic questions. then you will receive a call back if there is to be a second interview. in the second interview 2 managers will interview you. they will ask things about a time when they showed one of their core cultures. these include respect, leadership, drive, motivation, etc. If your answers fit their criteria, then they will possibly hire you.
