I applied for this position on Indeed, and within a few days I was contacted to set up an interview to be held via Microsoft Teams link. We confirmed the date, time and time zone, and that I would be sent a Teams link to join the interview remotely. I showed up to the interview timely, and 15 minutes went by and I'm still staring at the screen that says we're waiting for the meeting to be started by the host. I sent the person who coordinated the interview a message on indeed as well as an email to check in and make sure we were still meeting. After 30 minutes after the initial interview start time, I called the person who set up the interview. No answer, so I left a message explaining I wasn't sure if I was still interviewing, as I had been waiting over 30 minutes still waiting for the interview to start. A day or so went by and I never heard from this company again. This behavior is a reflection of a company that is either extremely disorganized, or this may not have been a legit job posting or company. Even if they reached out to me to apologize, I would not consider interviewing with them as their lack of communication with potential job candidates is a huge red flag.
