Ideal Tax truly cares about employees as people, not just workers. Leadership is approachable, respectful, and supportive, and they make an effort to check in and help when things get busy. Training and guidance are available, expectations are clear, and hard work is recognized. Overall, it’s a positive, team-oriented environment where you feel appreciated and encouraged to grow.

Friendly colleagues, You get to know a lot of cool people.

Cons

They have you sit in front of a camera full surveillance for 9 hours straight. They think just because they pay their outsourced employees from Morocco $1000 a month that they can own them. Every other reputable company in Morocco offers the same for sales people with even higher commissions. If you want stress, headache and to try converting homeless leads this is the place for you. Hrb Am3lm.

I walked out after working there for two weeks. The CEO was a nut job. It's a family business and everyone was cold, unfriendly, unwelcoming and just overall extremely unpleasant people.
