It was easy and effective. Be prepared to give a teaching demonstration and have a series of interviews in one day. You will meet with multiple deans and the provost. The campus is beautiful and welcoming.

Applied online and was called very quickly for a phone interview. Went well but the last question asked was related to salary. I responded that I was certainly able to negotiate and told them my current salary. They said they had a very firm range that was about $30k less than my current salary - and This was for a role that I considered to be a step up. I asked if there was any wiggle room in that and was told unfortunately not. I politely removed my application from consideration. Overall, however, the phone screen experience was not an unpleasant one.
