2 hours interview.
both interviewers ( the plant manager and the operations supervisor) were very nice and made the interview process go calmly and smoothly .
the first part was an hour talking about previous experience working at other companies, like what you have on your resume.
the second part was about your actions if you face a problem with a coworker..... etc
Just be prepared and youll be fine
