I attended a recruitment drive which appeared on job portals.
3 rounds of interview & HR,in time,good questions & at the end I was confirmed by HR to have been selected for Bangalore location.The HR confirmed that I was selected but the offer letter would be rolled out in 2-3 days as they do not have centre at Pune.
To my surprise the HR from Bangalore earlier said that he was in process,then 5 days latter mentioned there was some problem & then almost a month latter after many follow ups said that the position was closed. Highly unprofessional.

Interview
Was called by the recruiter for a discussion at the Bangalore office and had just one round followed by a surprising end. The first round went well and the panel ended the discussion "Good. Please wait for another round". After 10 minutes, the HR walks up to me and says "We have no suitable positions for you". Why have I been called in when there are no suitable positions? What happened in 10 mins ? Why did the panel say "Good..."?
