The interview had two technical and one managerial, post that an HR discussion for salary negotiation. The technical rounds were child play, very easy, and not that challenging. Overall technical rounds are very cool and not that worthy. HRs are one of the worse I've ever seen, worse than consultancy HRs. No professionalism, just doing their jobs to lowball and belittle you. Honest opinion, please don't waste your time with this company, there are a lot of good companies where culture matters, Impetus is just a company that manipulates you for their brand (there's no brand, to be honest) and honestly please don't interview here such a dumb process and you won't get any impression at all.
