The interview process was long and involved. It took about 2-3 months from when I first applied to when I finally was through with InGenius as a company. This is not a professional organization. I was offered a job. I accepted. One business day before I was supposed to start work , the job offer was rescinded. I had planned my life around taking this job so this was extremely upsetting . The CEO of this company is not respectful, honest, or reasonable. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
