the HR is very professional and respectful, the whole process is very quick and efficient. The first round was an online interview with the HR manager, the second round was a trial tasks, the third round was an online interview with the academic manager

Online interview, asking some basic questions. Then moving to written trail tasks: there are 3 parts in total. The tasks are based on daily responsibility and case studies, If you succeed, you'll move to final interview

What is the most challenging thing you met in your past experience？

Interview
I applied online and was invited to an interview with the HR just a couple of days later. The interview was on Zoom and the whole thing was nice and smooth. In the end I was told that I passed the 1st round interview, and for the 2nd round there will be a trial task to do (and another interview with senior members, if I successfully pass the 2nd round). It was a pleasant conversation.
