    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Indian Army (Jabalpur (India)).

    Interview

It is a process that begins with screening out unsuitable candidates and thereafter subjecting the shortlisted ones through a three-pronged testing system which involves a battery of psychological tests, a series of group-cum-individual tests and a personality-centric interview. It lasts over a 5 day cycle. The successful ones are then put through detailed medical examination and then a merit list is made out with the finally qualified candidates, from where they are invited to join the Army as per available vacancies.

    Interview Questions

    • The interview is a personality based one. It has three major parts each dealing with your academic life in school and college, your family and social circle and your hobbies/interests/aspirations and general awareness. There are no fixed questions. The questions evolve from the introduction the candidate gives about himself in the first few minutes and that he fills out in the biodata sheet.   1 Answer

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Indian Army (Jamshedpur (India)) in March 2015.

    Interview

The interview was for UES-25 scheme.
It got very simple for me. They welcome me with kindness. The first question was "Well Ravi, tell me about yourself." They asked about my family jobs and about the location I belong to. Then the Colonel asked me about favorite subjects & asked only one question from it. Then the questions were on my hobby. They tried to trap me in questions of hobby, likes and dislikes... However I was having stable mind with optimistic expression on face. Hence the situation was under control. The next phase of interview would be SSB for which I am waiting....

The keys of the interview are:
