Face to face interview with IQ test, programming question. Casual knowledge about company. The question is using pen and paper. The interviewer ask to see university results. Also some discussion on the project to be taken and experience of pass achievement.

To prepare the core concepts you can get the offer, in the first round the will ask the aptitute, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, maths, computer fundamentals, programming fundamentals
Infineon was scheduled oncampus drive in my clg, then they take hackathon as a first round for shortlisting after that they shortlists 45 students from 100 for interview, and after that they recruited 15 students for 1 year internship
