I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infobip (Zagreb) in Jun 2014
Interview
Heard about them on college presentation.
Sent an application for a managerial type job instead of developer and first they sent me a dev test instead of reading what I was applying for. After I sent them another mail and corrected them, they arranged an interview in person.
Interview went great, somewhat professional in nature, but casual otherwise, met few people at the firm, they seemed quite impressed by me. They asked me if I want the job and that they're giving me the invitation to their training campus. I accepted and we parted on very nice terms. Few days after they invite me to another interview which seemed to go the same way as first one, everything quite alright, funny, intellectual..great overall.
One day before I was about to depart for the training campus, I get a call from HR saying that they're withdrawing an invitation to the campus due to the possibility that my temper might interfere with my negotiating skills in my future workspace...
(quote: "Your temper might cause you problems negotiating with negros in Africa, they're quite hard and stubborn, and we think you wouldn't fit in there very well 'cause of that")
Overall, very bad experience with a very unprofessional ending.

I applied online. I interviewed at Infobip (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2021
Interview
You will undergo a 3-interview process plus a task that you need to complete in order to proceed in the second level of the recruitment process. The task given is confusing given that the instruction and the questions provided are not properly constructed. Also their local heads will only give you a poker face during the interview and will not give you a feedback on how you did in your interview with them. Surprisingly, I made a research about the position and found out that they made an internal hire for the same position which in the first place they should have not open the application to public if in the first place they have a person in mind for the position they are looking for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about your average deal size and the period of closing a deal. Be careful with answering such as when you don't get to satisfy the deal size they have in mind, that will be the main reason why they'll reject you for the position.
