Interview
Researcher caught me in a job fair. After CV sending we had an interview with HR leader and developers' team leader. After ~7 days I had the mail to the job offer.
The interview was pretty good. Both of interviewers handled the situation professionally. With the professional colleague we had a good talk which was appropriate to show an overview about my skills and attitude for my future boss and to show me an overview about the job and company culture too.
The job offer was also correct. They didn't ask me "say yes or no Now" (some companies do it this way...) but asked me when I would to give a final answer. I said yes immediately, their attitude showed me that this job is what I'm looking for now.
I attended 3 interview rounds, 1 hour long each. The interview questions were about my background, experience and knowledge as usual. Moreover I had to demonstrate my programming skills: I was given a task and I had to give a solution. The interviewers were professionals and I felt that they are interested in how I will be able to contribute.
