Interview
Recruiter, hiring manager, assignment. I declined the assignment which was — GET THIS — “a comprehensive marketing plan with three complete campaign strategies.” They either have no idea what they’re doing or they’re looking for spec work. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I declined to pursue it further and gave a polite explanation of why, I received no response.

Usual stuff — mostly work history, they didn’t get too far into ideas for the company (and the hiring manager clearly didn’t like it when I gave her feedback on their existing materials).
