Great interview by the team at inlight, lovely people. Showed an interest and a genuine desire to find the right fit. The recruiter was great. No complaints.
Adding more words because I want access to glassdoor and have to fill out 30 words. But yeah, they were fine, nice culture, talented bunch.
The interview process was in a very relaxed setting and was being steered and controlled by a tech lead.
Still hard to code while giving instructions but it shows how much you know.

I applied online. I interviewed at Inlight in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was a three stage process, phone interview, "technical challenge" and final interview. The so-called "technical challenge" ended up being an improvised "technical challenge" with a Github repository. It was in a video call, with two developers, where we just build a 2D maze game with no direction or goal specified during this "technical challenge".
After completing that interview stage, I was thanked for "being a guinea pig" for this experimental interview they've just conducted, during the video call by the developer leading the video call interview.

Question 1
Standard interview questions were asked, such as describe technical experience and work history. And the so-called "technical challenge", which I was a "guinea pig" for their live interview (video call).
