Interview
The interview process was very brief. I was asked a few questions about my experience and resume. Along with questions about my goals for the future and how Innospec could help me achieve those goals. I was then given a tour of the two laboratories and brief overview of the work that Innospec does for their customers. It was very relaxed and not nerve wracking.

Average interview with questions based off of resume, my desire to work for the company, and why I was applying to the particular job. Total time was less than an hour. By the end, I was told I likely had the position but would be officially notified soon.
