Innovation Department interview questions

The interview consists of 6 meetings with the head of operations, the CSM manager, the current CSM, and the CEO. If you make it past the first four interviews, you are required to put together a power point presentation and present to the CSM manager and Sales manager. The CSM manager is very upfront, practical, and helpful. She will address your concerns and has genuine empathy. Once you make it past the presentation, you'll meet with the CEO. That's where things take a turn. The CEO will barely pay attention to you during the interview and distract himself, looking around during the zoom call, and not seeming very interested in what you have to say. From there, you'll get an email stating that you didn't get the job and wasted your time for a month
