I submitted my resume. I recieved a call scheduling an interview. The interview was very low pressure and easy. Just be yourself yet professional. I was called with an offer. I had to go in the their main locaction in Merrillville to meet with an HR woman. She helped me with my new hire paperwork and got me ready to get started. Training lasted 5 days.
