Pros

-clientele is sweet -patient care always comes first(kinda) -lenient with call offs

Cons

-limited pto especially for the amount of sickness and injury that comes with working with children with autism. -definitely he do not care about the health and safety of RBT’s. They don’t check for proper treatment of illnesses before kids come back , don’t send kids home with fevers and punish RBT’s if they don’t want to work with a sick child. -pay could be better -mid level management gossips - has a 6 month turnover rate for RBT’s leaving the RBT’s that stay, overworked and short handed contributing to much faster burnout. -sends out company surveys only to discuss how great they’re doing and never actually address problems that were brought up.

Pros

Innovations provides high quality, comprehensive ABA therapy to all clients. Standards are set high for the best client outcomes.

Cons

It is a stressful environment to work in as a management staff. Trying to balance your day to day work and weekly billable requirements on top of constant staff interruptions and wearing a walkie talkie to be “on call” and run to crisis at the drop of a hat is not sustainable.
