I applied online then after a week they called for a phone interview, after that they will tell you to come to their office for a panel interview. If they like you, they will call for another interview after a week as well and tell you if you are very interested on the job. once you take it, they will hand you to the HR per appointment who will be the one to process all your papers. Since I'm a foreigner, they arranged everything.
