They act like they are interested in you and then ghost you. I went through two different interview stages, HR and hiring manager, and was still not shown the professionalism of a rejection email or timely response. I both emailed and then called a week later and was still not responded to. Completely disrespectful of a candidates time, I recommend you apply to better companies.
