I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intact Insurance UK (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2017
Interview
It was a 5 level hiring process.
1) First was an aptitude test conducted in the college campus (SRCC).
2) Next round was filling out a form along with some generic essay questions on career, actuarial, co-curricular activities, SWOT etc.
3) Then there was a telephonic HR interview of about 20 minutes in which, cliche HR questions were asked.
4) We were then called to the RSA office for Assessment Centre which included 6 hours of continuous & exhausting rounds including 2 Technical rounds, 1 General Technical round, 1 Case Study round, 1 HR round followed by a GD at the end.
5) Next was the Director round in which all of us from campus (DU) were rejected for some reason.

Interview
The process consisted of 6 rounds, namely resume screening, questionnaire, telephonic interview, pricing case study round, Technical interview and HR interview. While most of the other rounds are typically found in a normal actuarial hiring process, the pricing case study round alone is something that is unique to RSA
