Uses a proprietary set of questions from Gus Lee to evaluate the integrity and communication of candidates. Questions are designed to be difficult and unusually revealing and are often conducted in a panel format. In addition there are 1:1 interviews on the skills and experience for the job and meetings with other functional team members.
