they conducted the following for voice process job - first the typewriting test, then an english test which tested basic english grammar and error recognition in sentences etc, then came the call handling test where i was asked to talk to a woman with a uk accent, then the Hr interview, at last the Ops manager interview

Interview
there were 7 rounds of interview but didn't take that long. so everything was done on the same day. it isn't difficult to crack if you have fluency in the language and also listen to the instructions by the HR carefully.
