Interview
Firstly you have to fill an application form and submit it along with your CV and reference name.
First interview round will consist of only 1 question and i.e, Introduction. There they will assign you a process
Second round with another HR - basic questions about customer service etc.
My interview was scheduled for back office profile but they kept asking questions related to voice process and when I mentioned that I am here for back office they started shouting nd giggling and convencing me for voice process.
After clarifying that I am here for back office in the very first round of interview, they kept me waiting and assured that they will hire me for the said post.
But again in the second round they started convencing me for voice process.
Totally annoying HRs and a total waste of time.

Brief questions regarding your profile and experience, every interviewer's favourite question, "tell me about yourself " . I guess you'll be hired easily , basic knowledge of computers is must and communication skills should be at proficient level

Interview
I was interviewed at Thane office, after Intelnet was acquired by Teleperformance.
Interview process consisted of 3 rounds -
1. This is a test for checking our communication skills. They call it a "VNC" round which involves 3 parts in it, when we go to HR's office she will connect to some other person via phone to interview us. First, the interviewer will ask about yourself. She also asks question based on your resume. Second, a mock call test is conducted, where interviewer would call us a customer and we have to answer them like a customer care executive. Third, we will be given a topic to speak on. We have to speak on that topic for sometime.
2. Email Test: This is a test for checking our Email writing and reading skills. We are given some questions based on which we have to compose appropriate emails. Time limit of the emails is around 1:30 hours.
3. Face-to-face interview with senior member of the department. Questions based on your resume can be expected here.

Q: (Telephonic Interview) Mock call - caller pretends to be a customer of a bank and we have to answer them as a customer care executive of a bank and answer accordingly.
