Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at IntelliSource
A recruiting representative sent a text that requested a preliminary interview. A second and longer interview was scheduled. No communication was initiated afterwards, which meant they had moved on to other candidates.
- Explain/list prior technical repair experiences you have had.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Reno, NV
I applied online. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Reno, NV) in Feb 2021
I was contacted via text by a recruiter, who scheduled an interview for a specific day and time. The day and time came, no call or contact of any kind!! Very unprofessional and rude!!

Phone interview with a recruiter and two team leads. They just ghosted me after telling me I would hear from them the following week, and then I get an email from another recruiter inviting me to apply to a warehouse worker position
- Why are you interested in Intellisource?

Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Denver, CO) in Nov 2018
Not too drawn out, comfortable, friendly, professional. It was nice to meet with leaders so high up in the company. The interview allowed to me really see the potential that Intellisource had to offer. The interview was about 2 hours and there were 2 interviews total. On-boarding was quick and intuitive.
- What are your career goals?

Anonymous Employee in Wilmington, DE
I applied online. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Wilmington, DE) in Aug 2016
It was one interview onsite. Then they sent me the info to get tested once I accepted the position and sent the necessary materials. Once on site i began a two month training process.
- where do you see yourself in 5 years

Anonymous Employee in Niwot, CO
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Niwot, CO) in Oct 2015
In person interview that was simple and straight forward. Great HR team. After the 1:1 interview I was sent an online skills assessment that had plenty of unrelated content and was a buggy program. (thanks IBM). ;) But I finally used a legacy computer and got the online skills test completed. .
- Why here? Can you commit to the hours? Comfort with Computers? Like working with people?

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IntelliSource
Very long interview process. Had to meet with quite a few people and answer primarily the same questions. They did get back to me quickly but when an offer was made it was for less than what was advertised on the website, which was disappointing and led to being unsatisfied from the very beginning.
- they weren't difficult

Anonymous Employee in Columbus, OH
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2015
Rapid general questions. It took place at the same time as the application. Many being interviewed at the same time. They assign you to a department and give you 4 weeks to meet your quota. If you do not then you are dismissed. You are not transfered to another department. You really do not need to prepared for the interview unless you are applying for something other than warehouse. There is a drug test you need to go take and then they call you. It was a 30 minute interview.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Denver, CO
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Denver, CO) in Jun 2015
I had 3 phone interviews. The recruiter seemed somewhat disconnected from the position since it wasn't described very well. I had two other interviews, which were a bit more clarifying but still missing some direction. I was invited to an in-person interview which provided some more information but there was still an inability to get a clear picture of the position or its requirements. I was invited to a second in-person interview which seemed to go very well and the position was finally explained properly. I was promised an answer within a few days but never heard back. My two follow-up emails were ignored and not responded to. Not a good sign.
- Don't recall.

Anonymous Employee in Highlands Ranch, CO
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IntelliSource (Highlands Ranch, CO) in May 2015
I applied through craigslist and then a few days later I received a phone call. It was short "get to know you" call and then she requested I complete the application on the website. A week later my interview was held on site. Then I was sent a computer assessment to test my knowledge about MS word and basic computer skills. Later I was interviewed by the operations managers and they were very engaging. The questions were pretty technical and organizational skills were questioned as well as conflict resolution abilities. A week later I was told to send in my papers (sent via email) to do a background check and a drug screen. After I passed them, I was offered a position. Pay rate is non-negotiable as you are paid by Verizon and not Intellisource. You work for Intellisource but you are operating and providing services for Verizon.
- Describe to me how you organize projects? Do you feel comfortable operating multiple computer systems at the same time? Tell me about a difficult customer and how you handled the situation.
