    Pros

Speaking with prospective candidates. Helping people find a better job.

    Cons

No training, lying to candidates and no stability. We over hired many candidates in December (poor management) and then basically ignored the "new hire" hoping they would go away and find a different job.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.

    Pros

none really; example of terrible management

    Cons

    - had 3 management changes in 9 months
    - all 3 managers always didn't know administrative questions and would always have "look into it" and take weeks to get back
    - very slow on reimbursements during travel
    - terrible communicators: every email had to be decoded
    - one manager would always rub my back... creepy
    - was salaried but had to enter hourly time... because manager wouldn't want to do it

    Advice to Management

get better training; present employees with guidelines at the very beginning

    Pros

Really great people/coworkers who work as a team and are passionate about the success of the company. The CEO is highly respected company wide and is completely accessible to anyone. She leads by example and puts people first.

    Cons

There have been some challenges as the company has grown but if anyone can adjust to change it is this company.

    Advice to Management

Keep the positive energy and fun environment going - just remember that sometimes lack of communication can affect that.

    Pros

Intellisource is an exciting company that is more than capable of continuing its growth for the foreseeable future. Pros: great people, active executive management, interest in personal growth.

    Cons

Although growth is exciting, sometimes doing something just because the customer wants you too isn't the best thing to do. Cons: reactionary decision-making, occasional caving in to customer demands for little gain, failure to require customer engagement with provided associates.

I have been working at IntelliSource full-time

    Pros

Very comprehensive interview process, a relaxed work atmosphere, and most of all support from co-workers, superiors and others within the company.

    Cons

Don't expect the full benefits of being an employee that's direct-hired.. (i.e. using the gym at work, and getting invited to pizza parties, etc).

    Advice to Management

Continue working to grow the company, and keep hiring based off of personality.
