Pros
Connection and alignment - already strong prior to the pandemic, IntelliSource was able to pivot to a blended remote/onsite model effectively by leveraging our ability to connect as people to understand our common goals and objectives, all the while balancing work and life during a challenging time. Appreciation and engagement - I love that a good job does not go un-noticed and that we have a regular channel for appreciating our quarterly heroes and our anniversaries. Hearing from those we work with and celebrating together makes me excited to see what new challenges will come up each day.

Everyone is busy, so updates or changes in the different areas of the business aren't always completely communicated.
