    I worked at IntelliSource full-time

    Pros

Better for people who work at client sites than at the corporate office.

    Cons

A lot of turnover from upper management and put people that hang around the longest into roles they cant do or deserve. Additionally the company thinks that since they win a best of staffing award that they are the best in the city. Most big firms have no clue who Intellisource is. A small fish in a big pond.

    Advice to Management

Try and lead by example instead of always being late to meeting and being the last person in the office and the first to leave. Don't keep people around who don't deserve it.

    Pros

    Okay pay with okay benefits

    Cons

Zero room for growth, hard work rewarded with more work, shady business practices, very high turnover rate, loses contracts left and right, fire happy, quick to promote unqualified candidates to management roles then fire them without advanced warning. Could go on but you get the picture.

    Advice to Management

Compensate your staff well and reward your top performers. This will significantly reduce your turnover, improve your company's reputation, and allow you to keep contracts and secure new one.

I worked at IntelliSource (More than a year)

    Pros

My entire experience was incredible, right up until the end. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful.

    Cons

The biggest con is that you are a contract employee. Management can decide to end your contract for any reason.

I have been working at IntelliSource full-time

    Pros

Pay was good at the time

    Cons

They know little to nothing about you as you work at a different location. When your contract is up your done. No help finding something else.

    Pros

Speaking with prospective candidates. Helping people find a better job.

    Cons

No training, lying to candidates and no stability. We over hired many candidates in December (poor management) and then basically ignored the "new hire" hoping they would go away and find a different job.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.

    Pros

none really; example of terrible management

    Cons

    - had 3 management changes in 9 months
    - all 3 managers always didn't know administrative questions and would always have "look into it" and take weeks to get back
    - very slow on reimbursements during travel
    - terrible communicators: every email had to be decoded
    - one manager would always rub my back... creepy
    - was salaried but had to enter hourly time... because manager wouldn't want to do it

    Advice to Management

get better training; present employees with guidelines at the very beginning
