I just spent some time reading and absorbing your review. First – thank you very much for taking time to share your experience. I am disappointed that the outcome wasn’t positive in your eyes. Making sure that all candidates have a good experience is important to us and we failed in this case. As you can imagine we had a number of qualified candidates that we talked to and sometimes (especially now) making interview schedules sync up is difficult. It’s hard to choose just one qualified candidate from a number of great people and it sounds like, in your case, the decision took too long. I am deeply sorry that we weren’t more proactive with our communication – we pledge to do better in the future. Our best wishes for your continued success!
