I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intentional Software (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I connected with them at my university's career fair and heard back almost immediately to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was a behavioral phone screen which asked about things from my resume and why I was interested in the company. The second one was a technical phone screen which was 40 minutes - 60 minutes long and asked one coding problem. I would review your data structures before doing this because they are very quick with their responses.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intentional Software in Jan 2017
Interview
One phone screen, one phone interview. The first phone screen was with a recruiter to determine what my experience level was and whether or not I was a viable candidate. The phone interview was with an engineer, who was really nice, but it was awkward having to talk through code over the phone.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intentional Software
Interview
Recruiter called me, asked me a bunch of strange questions about my employment and even stuff like AP scores in high school (which I took 5 years ago). Then I got a second phone interview with an engineer who asked me some computer science questions. Didn't get another interview after that.
