I was asked to undergo a recorded video interview process before moving on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions were focused on my faith, professional background, and other standard interview queries.

Applied online Met with HR director shortly thereafter Was given a further assignment Then had a series of extended interviews Further assignments One more interview conversation Was ultimately not offered the position But the process helped provide a good insight into what working at Intervarsity would be like, and was an overall positive experience
