      Consultant Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at InterWorks in May 2025

      Interview

Went through multiple interview stages over several weeks, including a take-home technical task and was explicitly told I’d advanced to the next round. Invested significant time preparing for what came next. Then received an auto-rejection email with no feedback, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the work put in. The role was apparently already filled. I get that hiring decisions change. But if you’re asking candidates to invest this level of effort, the bare minimum is a decent close-out. This wasn’t it. The external brand doesn’t match the candidate experience.
