Overall a very positive experience and I enjoyed everyone I interviewed with. While rigorous and time consuming, it was well designed and the recruiter answered prep questions in depth whenever I asked them. The take home was definitely more time consuming than estimated, but I appreciated that they weren't looking for perfection - when some assumptions I made were not relevant, they asked questions that pointed me in the right direction and valued how my thinking would change rather than having the exact "right" answer with limited knowledge.
