Recruiter screen, 1:1 with senior team member, take home skills assessment, panel round (values, solutions partnership, operational excellence), final with senior leader. Overall a very positive experience and I enjoyed everyone I interviewed with. While rigorous and time consuming, it was well designed and the recruiter answered prep questions in depth whenever I asked them. The take home was definitely more time consuming than estimated, but I appreciated that they weren't looking for perfection - when some assumptions I made were not relevant, they asked questions that pointed me in the right direction and valued how my thinking would change rather than having the exact "right" answer with limited knowledge.

We connected via LinkedIn chat and had an initial phone call, though we had originally planned for a video call. We briefly discussed the job description, my experience, and the next steps in the hiring process. Afterward, we agreed I would take a logic test, which didn't seem directly related to the role's responsibilities. It appears they prefer candidates to pass this assessment before moving forward.
starts with a recruiter screening call where they discuss your background, experience, and interest in the company. After that, there is normally a technical or role-specific interview. a virtual onsite interview with multiple rounds.
