Interfleet Technology interview questions

Online application, 2 stage interview process. No psychometric tests. The technical interview was really about how you think rather than how much you know about engineering in general. They really want you to be yourself and I would highly recommend you go through all the case studies on their website before you go for the interview.

Applied online via LinkedIn and had a response within two weeks. Interview was conducted in there offices with two senior engineers. Was around 1:5 hours, mainly technical questions. Was offered the job there and then. Was a very good offer. HR then forwarded me contracts.
