Received a 30 minute phone interview request from recruiter. After the call we proceeded to schedule a last minute on-site interview and 30 minute behavioral assessment the next day. I sent thank you emails and gave references to the recruiter who gave me good feedback from the hiring managers. I never heard back regarding my status after following up, not even a auto rejection “Thank you for your time..” email. I am very disappointed for the lack of transparency and time I wasted during this process to be ghosted. Very unprofessional, but I’m glad I dodged a bullet.
