    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Interim Physicians.

    Interview

The last step was a 2 hour interview with the CEO, over the phone. He struck me as a "car salesman" type. The rest of the process was very standard, typical. Phone interview, in person, disk profile, etc.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Interim Physicians.

    Interview

Process was pretty standard for the industry. It started with a phone screen. Followed by a skills and personality assessment. Finally, an in-person interview with the CEO, and the RVP. I was also given the opportunity to meet the rest of the team.

A very positive experience throughout. The HR manager is thorough, friendly, and made the process work very seamlessly.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Interim Physicians (Dallas, TX) in February 2014.

    Interview

Easy phone interview. There was email followup and an in person review with the actual local employer. It was all very straight forward. But there was also a "training month" where I was not paid anything. This is suboptimal. For another assignment, it was all by phone but I ended up not being able to take that position.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Interim Physicians in March 2011.

    Interview

I was called for a phone interview. The next step was an in person interview with Management. The final interview was with the CEO. The second and third interview were held at the office where I would be working. The space kind of looks like a dump and it was a little bit offputting. I had to question whether or not the company was mom-and-pop and kind of broke.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me why I wanted to come back to full time office work after being independent sales person for years.   1 Answer
    • The CEO, Tim hand, asked me if my children were self-sufficient. He asked me if I was going to need to run home to them on our ongoing basis. If so this wasn't the job for me.   1 Answer
    • I was asked the typical questions such as give me an example of a time you were a success. Give an example of the time you're a failure.   1 Answer
    • I was asked if I can work within the structure of the metrics that they tracked constantly.   1 Answer
