Very clear and straightforward. Interviewed by both the publisher and team manager. The interview was geared around the interviewer looking through my CV and seeing how my skills could apply to the way the company works and how much training would be needed.

They were very easygoing and don't check references. They don't put too much emphasis on having the right qualifications for the job more so that you fit with the culture and can bring something different to the table. Very relaxed - easy enough to get a job here
